Hey everyone! I just came out with my first e-course, “How to Make Time For Self-Care”. This course is not for those of you who have it all together. It’s not for those of you who are firing on cylinders and killing it at life. This is for any one feeling:

In my e-course, I will address everything from admitting you have a problem, to saying no to distractions, to setting boundaries. I will provide you with countless resources that have changed my life and the lives of many others. Since I have been a stay-at-home mom for the past 4 years, I have been busy, indeed, but I’ve been blessed to have the flexibility to study time-management, self-care, self-discipline and productivity. I want to share all of my knowledge with you so you can reap the rewards of having good habits. By practicing these habits I have gone from a total people-pleasing, time-wasting procrastinator on the road to nowhere, to someone with self-respect, goals,dreams and healthy habits. I’m not where I need to be but I’m definitely not where I used to be!
