My kids eat their meals in courses. That’s right. COURSES. Their are usually 3 courses, starting out with the healthiest food first. Where did I get this idea? Well, as you probably know by now, I am a Francophile. Here’s the definition, because I have found this isn’t a very common word:

I just finished reading “Entre Nous” by Debra Olivier. It’s described as “A Woman’s Guide to Finding Her Inner French Girl” As you may have noticed, I am a total Francophile. (I even took French in college!) There is much I admire about French culture. Their lifestyle of walking everywhere, the food, the appreciation for style and leisure and routine. Extra-marital affairs? Not so much. You take what you like, leave what you don’t, non? One thing is certain, the French know how to enjoy the small pleasures life.

I’ve been reading the book, “Entre Nous”. It’s about how French women live their lives and their secrets of good living.I thoroughly enjoyed this book and there was a quote that stood out to me in the chapter on leisure. You see, the French are not obsessed with time management and efficiency like we Americans.
